Antique furnishings have been given a modern touch, and the generous spaces are enhanced by two shower rooms for comfort on both levels. But the real highlight is the conversion of the two former ballet terraces into a pleasant outdoor living space, totally protected from the sun and preserving the privacy of guests. Enjoy a cup of tea on the ground floor, facing the wooded park, or a nice siesta upstairs... very quietly lulled by the surrounding calm. A must-see!

On 1st floor, via staircase with ramp, 1 bedroom (1 x 90cm bed), 1 shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet) 1 bedroom (1 x 0.90cm bed, 1 x 0.90cm trundle bed, table, chair, sofa. This room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and chaise longue, and an outside staircase leads down to the ground-floor ballet. Wifi throughout. Air-conditioned ground floor.
