Entrance Interior staircase leading down to: living room with dining area, sitting area equipped with a single sofa-bed, with a high seat kitchen shower room with wc communicating with the kitchen 2 air-conditioned bedrooms en enfilade: One bedroom: 1 bed 140 x 190 One bedroom: 1 bed 140 x 190, opening onto the 30 m² non-enclosed terrace, equipped with an electric barbecue, garden furniture, retractable windscreen. This terrace opens onto the private, shady, espaliered garden planted with tamarinds, vines, succulents and cacti. The garden is surrounded by garrigue. The day room and the two bedrooms face the Sea. An outdoor shower is at your disposal. The owners, who are discreet, live on site in an apartment adjoining the Holiday cottage. A luggage drop-off point is located opposite the Holiday cottage. From here, you can access the municipal parking lot about 50 m from the Holiday cottage.
