Just a few kilometers away, you can stroll through Perpignan, the Catalan capital, with its Saint-Jean district around the cathedral, its private mansions transformed into Museums such as the Hyacinthe Rigaud Museum, and its Halles Vauban for a gourmet break. For the sea, the long, sandy beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon await you, as does the Côte Vermeille with Collioure, a veritable Mediterranean gem of colorful lanes and wild coves. Nature lovers will also appreciate Hiking in the Albères or to the summit of the Canigou mountain.

After your outings, enjoy the peace and quiet of the large enclosed garden with its private swimming pool (9x5 m, depth 1.70 m, open from May to September, weather permitting). The villa also has a pétanque court and table tennis table for your moments of relaxation and conviviality. A summer kitchen with plancha completes the outdoor space.

On the first floor, the fully air-conditioned house features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room opening onto the garden and summer kitchen, and a TV area. The master suite includes a 160x200 bed, dressing room, bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two with double beds (160x200) and balconies, and one with four single beds (90x190). A shower room and separate toilet complete the first floor.

Private parking is available on the property, and heating wood is included. This spacious, comfortable villa is the ideal place to enjoy a vacation combining relaxation by the Piscine, outdoor activities and cultural or seaside discoveries.
