Your Holiday cottage Turró i Rousquille is a completely renovated, single-storey villa designed with your comfort in mind. Air-conditioned and decorated in a contemporary style, it offers bright, friendly spaces. The first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, 3-burner gas hob + 1 electric hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, opening onto a large living room with dining area and sitting area opening onto the terrace. There's a bathroom, separate toilet and three bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 cm beds, adjoining bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200, with en-suite shower room and WC

Outside, enjoy a 450 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, a terrace for outdoor meals and a private swimming pool (5.50 m x 3.55 m, 1.20 m deep) open from May 15 to September 15, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., secured by a gate. Private parking and garage complete the facilities. Air-conditioning in bedrooms and living room, fireplace and washing machine are also at your disposal for a pleasant stay in any season. For firewood, the first flambé is free of charge, with the remainder to be paid on site to the owner.

This Holiday cottage is ideal for vacations with family or friends, with the possibility of special rates for curists (21-day stays except July-August). The combination of nature, heritage and Wellbeing makes for an unforgettable experience.
