Just 800 m from the beaches and 400 m from the municipal swimming pool, the Topaze holiday cottage is perfect for active or relaxing family vacations, between the Sea and the Mountains, in the heart of tourism in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
This large 1960s house, with its private 500 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, and its private swimming pool (3 x 12 x 1.5), is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Access to the ground-floor bedroom is via the garden, with a direct view of the Piscine. This room is fitted with a foldaway 160cm bed, a kitchenette and a shower room (wc).
An entrance hall leads to the first floor, which opens onto a large, bright living room with dining area and lounge, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is independent. Following architectural constraints, the kitchen leads to a bedroom with a fold-away double bed (140cm) and private lounge overlooking the garden and Piscine. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and another with a 180cm bed opening onto the balcony. Shower room and toilet.
Parking for 3 cars in the garden and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. 2 Holiday cottages (4 pers and 2 pers) are also available on site.
