This warm, contemporary-style studio for 2 people was built in 2017, using unprocessed raw materials. In a natural and quiet setting, this place is conducive to rest and rejuvenation and will delight all nature lovers with numerous Hiking or cycling trail departures, in a magnificent forest landscape of 250 ha. Access by outside staircase leading to a landing serving two Holiday cottages, each with a capacity of 2 persons(66G110638 and 66G110637), and with independent entrance.

Entrance With a large bay window overlooking the countryside, equipped with a small, unenclosed terrace with garden furniture, the day room comprises: A kitchen area A dining area A living room equipped with a TV and a central inertia stove for optimum comfort and energy savings, the only means of heating Independent toilet With a view of the Forest and surrounding mountains, mezzanine equipped with: A 160cm bed A desk A large storage area An adjoining shower room A parking space is available under covered shelter.

    Un séjour merveilleux

    Loved everything about my stay - this was aready my second time at the gîte which is fully constructed by natural materials and in very good quality. Everything is arranged very practically: from
    the parking directly below the apartment to the equipment in the gîte. The views over the surrounding mountains are fantastic and there are plenty of hikes directly from the gîte. Coffee and a little sweet welcome were provided which was much appreciated. And last but not least: Martine is a great host.
    Only one small bémol for anybody relying on Wifi: the connection via the hotspot is not always entirely stable, it depends on the time of the day.

    Belles vacances en Pyrénées orientales

    Ce sont les vacances dont on rêvait, l'accueil au gîte très très bien. Nous faisons des gîtes de France depuis 20 ans . Nous sommes surpris par les services et l'attention, que nous offre la propriétaire de ce lieu. C'est une région que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner et dans le même gîte qui est très bien situé pour des balades, des visites en bords de mer comme en montagne.Tout est beau, tout est bon , tout est bien. Merci.
