Located in Arles-sur-Tech, in a peaceful setting, the Holiday cottage Poniente welcomes you for a rejuvenating vacation in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales. You'll be close to Palalda, a charming medieval hilltop village, and the Château de Montferrer, whose ruins offer an exceptional panorama of the Albères and the Canigou massif. Lovers of local produce will appreciate visiting local honey and cheese producers, to discover the authentic flavours of the region. A few kilometers away, discover Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste, one of France's most beautiful villages, with its colorful facades set in a natural setting. Nearby, visit Céret, a pretty artists' village with its Catalan squares and Museum of Modern Art. This single-storey holiday cottage, with its traditional atmosphere, is ideal for 2 people. The interior comprises an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, a convivial living room, a bathroom with shower and WC - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed: 140x190 Possibility of accommodating 1 or 2 extra people (90x190 cm bed), for a supplement of €50 per person for the duration of the stay. This supplement must be paid directly to the owner. Outside, enjoy a shared garden and a private terrace equipped with a plancha, ideal for outdoor meals. The great asset of this estate: a shared swimming pool (9 m x 4 m, depth up to 1.80 m), open from May 1 to September 30, accessible from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for relaxing moments under the Catalan sun. For your convenience, parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage. The garden is enclosed. The owners live upstairs. There is a second Holiday cottage on site.
