In Conflent, the Pavillon Clara Flor welcomes you at the foot of Mont Canigou (sacred mountain of the Catalans, 2,785 m).

Located in the southern part of Prades, with easy access to downtown yet in a quiet setting, you’ll enjoy the historic sites, the Market, and local festivals, as well as visits to medieval villages like Villefranche-de-Conflent. Close to the spa towns of Vernet-les-Bains and Molitg-les-Bains, you can explore this part of the department and enjoy the marked hiking trails, heading, if you wish, to Saint-Martin-du-Canigou—an ideal spot for a peaceful and cultural excursion, offering both historical treasures and exceptional natural beauty.
With a separate entrance, this detached holiday cottage is located on the enclosed grounds of the owners’ home; the owners, who live on-site, are discreet and have their own separate entrance below the holiday cottage. A second holiday cottage for 2 people is also available on the property.
This holiday cottage is certified "Accueil Vélo."
HOLIDAY COTTAGE:
The ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance consists of:
- a large living room with TV, dining area, and kitchen: 3-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, opening onto a private enclosed terrace
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x180 cm) and a large closet,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
- a toilet.

On the terrace shared by both holiday cottages, a small barbecue, a griddle, and a bread oven are at your disposal. A shared above-ground Piscine, 3.80 m in diameter and 85 cm deep, will allow you to cool off on hot days or after returning from walks.
You can park your car in front of the holiday cottage under the windows of the bedroom or kitchen. A communal parking lot is located right nearby.
