Nestled in a lovingly renovated 17th-century building, this Holiday cottage in the heart of the village opens its doors to you in a setting that's both authentic and refined, where every element has been thought of for your comfort and Wellbeing. As soon as you arrive, let yourself be charmed by your magnificent private terrace, offering a panoramic view of the Canigou and Boularic mountains. Equipped with sun loungers and comfortable garden furniture, this unoverlooked terrace invites you to enjoy every moment in the open air. It's the ideal setting for convivial meals with family or friends, and will become the Theater of unforgettable memories, where barbecue evenings mingle with sunsets. Ground floor: shared entrance hall with the owners' second home, who visit from time to time. Upstairs: large living room with dining area, lounge and kitchen opening onto the terrace (access via an 8-step internal staircase). 1st floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of combining them into a single 180cm bed).
2nd level: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), bathroom (double washbasin, shower), wc. Nearby you'll find a supermarket, a bakery - patisserie and restaurants, making it easy to stock up on supplies and enjoy the culinary delights of the region.
The village also boasts municipal parking lots nearby, as well as a pétanque court and play areas for Kids, guaranteeing fun for all the family. Hiking and trail enthusiasts will find numerous marked hiking trails and paths starting from the village, while mountain bikers can follow the Pirinexus mountain bike route. In the village, a Pumtrack (equipment designed for mountain bike and BMX fans) has been laid out.
