9 km from Perpignan and the beaches of Saint-Cyprien, 22km from Collioure, this property is located on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The discreet owners live on site. There are 5 tastefully decorated Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance.
From April to the end of October, you can enjoy the heated Piscine, the 1000 m² Mediterranean garden, and the shared and private areas.
Functional one-storey studio with separate entrance:
Kitchen: eat-in kitchen and living room (equipped with a 140 x 190 wardrobe bed and a 1-person sofa-bed) opening onto the 35 m² semi-enclosed private terrace.

From April to the end of October, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., you can use the communal heated Piscine (11 x 6 x 1.40 to 2.20) and the 60 cm-deep leisure pool. Outdoor parking in front of the property.
