Nestled in Sainte-Marie-la Sea, this large Mediterranean villa is home to six Holiday cottages set in a vast, fully enclosed wooded park. Ideally located on the outskirts of the village, it offers quick access to the beaches, coastal entertainment and emblematic sites of the Pyrénées-Orientales. A peaceful setting, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the charms of the Catalan coast.
Lovers of outdoor activities will appreciate the footpaths between the Sea and ponds, cycling outings, water sports, or the colorful markets in the neighboring villages. Culture buffs can discover the region's must-see sites: Perpignan and its historic streets, fortified towns, Roussillon wine estates and natural wildlife sites.

    Manque plein de chose au niveau de la cuisine
    Mauvaise isolation on attend tout ce qui se passe dehors
    Manque le lave vaisselle alors qu'il est mentionné dans l'annonce
    Espace jeu enfant est casi inexistant juste 2 balançoire portail dire à ouvrir

    pièces spacieuses, produits du terroir en kdo de bienvenue
    l'inconvénient est que notre appart étant situé au 1er étage, le moindre déplacement fait par les locataires du dessus engendrait un bruit infernal : avions l'impression qu'ils faisaient un déménagement : chaise trainée au sol, chaise d'eau, glou glou dans l'évier de notre cuisine ,
    par ailleurs les pièces ont une hauteur plafond de 3.5m environ : très difficile à chauffer avec des radiateurs électriques surtout dans la salle d'eau avec un petit sèche serviette

    Bel endroit avec un joli jardin. Propriétaire très gentil et sympathique. 2 km de la plage. Une base idéale pour explorer le magnifique littoral. Séjour du 21 au 28/09/24. Recommandable. Teodor et Dorota de Pologne
