This typical 1747 farmhouse, nestled in a 3-hectare natural estate, invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay between the Sea and the Mountains. In the immediate vicinity: Céret and its modern art museum, the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, the renowned Thermal baths of Le Boulou, or the gateway to Spain with Le Perthus just around the corner.
This corner of French Catalonia is ideal for nature and heritage lovers. Hiking on the trails of the Albères, visiting typical villages such as Castelnou or Villefranche-de-Conflent (ranked among France's most beautiful villages), strolling through farmers' markets or taking advantage of the local spas. Wine lovers can explore the region's wineries, while history buffs can discover the treasures of Vallespir.
In Maureillas, surrounded by nature and accessed by a 300 m dirt track, this 1747 mas houses the owners' residence and 3 Holiday cottages. It is surrounded by 3 ha of unfenced land.
You'll appreciate the peace and quiet, and the shared, unheated Piscine (10 x 5 x 1.20 to 2.10 m), open from May to October, 9am to 8pm.
Access to the Piscine via an old staircase with 6 steps.
