Nestled in the heart of the Cerdagne, on the outskirts of the village, this detached house enjoys a privileged mountain setting, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and the nearby Espace Cambre d'Aze ski slopes. Summer and winter alike, take advantage of the many activities on offer in the area: Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring, mountain biking, climbing, not forgetting the natural hot-water baths at Llo, Dorres and Saint-Thomas-les-Bains. Other attractions include the fortified Vauban town of Mont-Louis, the solar oven at Odeillo, the famous Train Jaune, the animal park at Les Angles and local markets. The house is entirely non-smoking and is set in 1700 m² of unenclosed grounds.
