Nestled in the heart of the Cerdagne region in the Pyrénées-Orientales, Llo is a charming mountain village renowned for its unspoilt, sunny natural setting at the foot of the Sègre gorges. The Bains de Llo offer a unique relaxation experience thanks to their sulphurous hot waters, while Llo's famous via ferrata offers a thrilling mix of hiking and climbing. For outdoor enthusiasts, there's plenty to do nearby: Hiking, mountain sports and exploring the Pyrenean landscape. Nearby attractions include the Sègre gorges, as well as Remarkable sites such as Mont-Louis and Villefranche-de-Conflent, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Located close to Spain, Llo is an ideal base for exploring the Catalan Pyrenees and their rich natural and cultural heritage. The particularly sunny climate is tempered by the altitude of 1450 m, offering pleasant nights. The secure Piscine (9.2 m x 3.5 m, maximum depth 1.6 m) is located 25 m from the Holiday cottage and is shared with the "Maître de Cabestany" Holiday cottage. It is generally open from June to September, with water heated to around 23°C.
Unoverlooked, on one level and accessible by two steps, the Holiday cottage benefits from completely independent access, located above the owners' residence. A large living room, comprising kitchen, dining room and lounge, opens onto a private 15 m² terrace, enclosed and covered, offering a 180° panoramic view of Llo and Spain. The 4 bedrooms have an overhanging view of the village: Bedroom 1: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 2 with small terrace: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 3: double bed 150 / shower room with WC - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90 / shower room with WC. Plancha, raclette and fondue machines are available, as is baby equipment. Covered parking, not closed. No smoking.
