In the heart of the charming village of Caïxas, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, this Holiday cottage welcomes you for a stay in the heart of nature. Set between the Sea and the Mountain, it offers a privileged setting for your vacation, in a preserved environment of garrigue and evergreen oaks. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, while being close to Remarkable sites and a wide range of activities.
Come and stay in this detached mas de caractère with private swimming pool, flower garden and summer kitchen, in the heart of the Pyrenees-Orientales, for a relaxing stay in nature.
There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Hiking on the trails of the Massif des Aspres, cycling, discovering picturesque villages such as Castelnou, cultural escapades in Perpignan or Céret, and wine tasting at Roussillon wineries. Wellbeing enthusiasts can also take advantage of the renowned thermal cures at Amélie-les-Bains. The Mediterranean beaches and panoramic views of the Canigó mountain range complete the picture for a vacation rich in discoveries.
Relaxation, walks and excursions are all on the agenda in this comfortable tourist accommodation. This large, totally independent mas de caractère opens onto a shaded terrace and an enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees. A summer kitchen equipped with a large gas plancha and barbecue invites you to enjoy convivial outdoor meals. The private swimming pool (10 m x 4 m), 1.50 m deep and alarmed, is ideal for cooling off after a day's exploring. Relaxation furniture and enclosed parking complete the facilities.

Mon mari et moi-même sommes très attachés à cette maison; elle abrite ma famille depuis plusieurs générations et nous y demeurons tout l'hiver.
Nous souhaitons vous faire partager le bonheur de vivre au plus près de la nature dans une ancienne bâtisse où chaque génération a laissé la marque de son passage.
Ce vieux mas de famille a été entièrement rénové. Nous l'avons doté de tout le confort moderne en ayant pris soin de préserver son charme et son authenticité. L'endroit est idéal pour les amoureux de la nature qui souhaitent se reposer, au calme, loin du tumulte des stations balnéaires.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte plein de charme. Le logement est spacieux propre et parfaitement équipé avec une terrasse ombragée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine idéal pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite dans la région. Les enfants étaient aussi ravis de donner à manger au poules et de ramasser les œufs qu'on pouvait manger. Le calme des lieux en fait un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux.
