Mas la Mouillère

Enjoy a spacious, comfortable holiday cottage in the heart of the Aspres region, ideal for nature breaks between vineyards, Romanesque heritage and swimming in the Mediterranean!

Located in Camélas, at the foot of the Aspres hills, Mas la Mouillère offers a serene setting for discovering a region where nature and history blend harmoniously. You can visit the church of Saint Fructueux, a fine example of pre-Romanesque architecture, or climb up to the chapel of Sant Martí de la Roca for an exceptional panoramic view of the Canigou massif and the Roussillon plain. Just a few minutes away, the medieval village of Castelnou, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, invites you to stroll through its narrow streets, while Thuir and the Caves Byrrh offer a gourmet and cultural interlude. And to round off your stay, the Mediterranean beaches are less than half an hour away.

On the first floor, you'll find a convivial living room and dining room with a wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers. A toilet completes the space.
Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet await you:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 180x200 (or 2 beds 90x190) + 1 bed 90x190
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190

On the second floor, a third attic bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x190 + 1 bed 180x200 (or 2 beds 90x190)
This floor also includes a bathroom with shower and WC. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, you'll enjoy a shared, unfenced garden, a private terrace equipped with a plancha, as well as a shared 10x5 m, 1.20 to 1.80 m deep, 2 m diameter, 50 cm deep swimming pool, open from April 1 to October 30 and accessible from 9am to 10pm. There are 3 bed and breakfasts with the owners. Two swing sets will delight the youngest guests, and parking on the property makes it easy for you to arrive. The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house.
