Nestled in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales region, Elne boasts a rich heritage and close proximity to Perpignan and the Mediterranean beaches. Just a stone's throw away, discover the charms of Collioure and its emblematic landscapes, as well as the renowned Vineyards of Banyuls-sur Sea. Nature lovers can enjoy Hiking in the Albères massif and a wide range of sporting activities. On the relaxation front, the Thermal baths at Le Boulou offer a haven of Wellbeing. Just outside Elne, in the heart of nature, the Holiday cottage La Roubine welcomes you to the heart of a working farm, close to the owner's residence and his equestrian center. You'll enjoy a large shared enclosed garden of over 2,000 m², ideal for relaxation. Ground floor: Bright, air-conditioned living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room opening onto the private terrace at the rear of the gîte, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. One bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, with bathroom (shower and bath) and WC. 1st floor: One bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed. Private bathroom and WC. Each bedroom has a fan. Covered, private, hard-floor parking is available in the enclosed garden. The Holiday cottage can be adapted to suit your needs, and can be booked to accommodate from 2 to 9 people outside the vacation season.
