Just outside Elne, in the heart of the Illiberian countryside, Holiday cottage La Roubine is set in a large garden planted with trees and flowers, on a working farm close to the owner's residence and stables.
Ground floor: bright, air-conditioned living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room opening onto a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) at the rear of the Holiday cottage; one bedroom with (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed) and private bathroom (shower and bath) and WC.
1st floor: One bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90), private bathroom (bath) and WC.
Each room is equipped with a fan and radiator.
Covered parking in shared enclosed garden of over 2000 m².
Holiday cottage can be adapted and booked for 2 to 9 people outside the vacation season.

Pirol und Weidenhopf
5/5Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Gîte, inmitten der Natur (wir konnten vom Esstisch den Weidenhopf beobachten), ruhig und ideal um sich zu Erholen.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten an einem sehr schönen Strand.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ideal mit grösseren Kindern.

4/5Bon séjour dans ce gîte situé dans une grande propriété avec des chevaux, des poules, un cochon, un chien ... Très bon accueil par Anais qui nous a bien guidé pour nos visites. Le gîte est très calme, loin de l'agitation du bord de mer, mais proche des différents sites à visiter entre terre et mer. Juste une petite recommandation : il serait bon de remplacer les canapés qui s'affaissent et ne sont pas confortables. Pour le reste, tout était très bien avec mention spéciale pour les chambres spacieuses avec chacune leur SDB indépendante.
