Welcome to Mas Bel Air, a charming Semi-detached house nestled in the heart of a wine-growing estate where life is lived to the rhythm of the vine and the Catalan sun. Located just a few minutes from the historic center of Perpignan and its emblematic Palace of the Kings of Majorca, this Holiday cottage offers an exceptional location between Sea, nature and heritage. The beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon and the colorful coves of Collioure are within easy reach to enjoy the pleasures of the Mediterranean.
Around the Vineyard, there's no shortage of things to discover: walks in the vineyards, tastings in the local wine cellars, Hiking in the Roussillon countryside, or water sports on the famous beaches of the Catalan coast.
Typical villages such as Collioure, an artistic gem with colorful facades, or Canet-en-Roussillon and its charming port, are among the region's must-sees. Nature lovers will also appreciate the coastal paths, the ponds lined with pink flamingos and the exceptional panoramas offered by the foothills of the Pyrenees.
Your vacation home, set in a vast wooded plot shared with the owners, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. You'll enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue to extend your summer evenings.
From early June to late September (weather permitting), an unheated swimming pool (9.5 x 4 x 1.50 m), secured by a standard fence and gate, shared with the owners who live on site, invites you to relax overlooking the vineyards. On-site parking makes it easy to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet.
On-site, if you wish, you can book with the owners the rental of the beautiful reception room for weddings or any other event.
