Make the most of this haven of peace where relaxation and serenity await, just 15 minutes from the center of Collioure and the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and Port-Vendres.
Completely and carefully renovated, respecting its unique architecture and inspired by local craftsmanship, this former winemaker’s house invites you to enjoy its comfort and outdoor spaces on 5,000 m² of fenced-in land facing the Albères Mountains, in the unspoiled setting of the hamlet of Rimbau.
A staircase leads to the entryway and dining room, which open onto the terrace with garden furniture under a pergola, offering a panoramic view of the orchard and the mountains. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with armchairs, a sofa, and a smart TV.
Upstairs, there is a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the garden level: a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a smart TV, and a terrace offering a magnificent view. A unique bedroom set against the natural rock face, with a choice of two 90x200 beds or one king-size bed (180x200), depending on your preference. A bathroom built into the rock. Separate toilet.
The outdoor areas are spacious, featuring a large pergola (garden furniture, lounge chairs, electric grill), a pétanque court, fruit trees, and open spaces perfect for relaxing or family games.
A charging station (Type 2) is available: please notify the owner in advance if you plan to use it.
Two electric-assist bicycles and games (balls, suction-cup archery, Finnish skittles, etc.) are provided. Two private parking areas are available: one open space for one car and one enclosed area for two cars. Hiking and mountain biking are possible from the holiday cottage.
Access by car is via RD 914 then D86, before reaching the hamlet of Rimbau via a 2.6 km road, which is narrow in places and allows only one car at a time, ensuring the site’s peaceful and unspoiled character.
