Take full advantage of this haven of peace and serenity, just 15 minutes from the center of Collioure and the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and Port-Vendres.
Entirely renovated with care, taking into account the atypical architectural aspect, and inspired by local craftsmanship, this winegrower's house invites you to enjoy its comfort and outdoor space on its 5000 m² of fenced grounds facing the Albères mountains.
A staircase leads to the entrance hall and dining room, which opens onto the terrace with garden furniture, under a pergola, and a panoramic view of the orchard and the massif. On the same level, a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with armchairs, sofa and connected TV (smart-TV).
Upstairs, a master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), connected TV, dressing room and bathroom with toilet.
Garden level: a large bedroom with king-size bed (180x200), connected TV and terrace offering a magnificent view. An atypical rock bedroom with a choice of 2 beds 90x200 or 1 king-size bed (180x200), depending on your preference. A shower room against the rock. Separate toilet.
Spacious outdoor spaces with a large pergola (garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue), pétanque area, fruit trees.
A charging station (Type 2) is available: please inform the owner in advance if you wish to use it.
2 electrically-assisted bicycles, games (balloons, suction-cup archery, Finnish skittles, etc.) are available. Private, unenclosed parking for 3 cars. Hiking and mountain biking from the Holiday cottage.
Access by car from the RD 914 and D86, then by the road (2.6 km) leading to the hamlet of Rimbau, sometimes narrowed to allow only one car to pass.
