Lo Boach - Le Petit Mas

8 km from Saint Laurent de Cerdans, where you'll discover a typical Catalan Pyrenean village steeped in history. You're sure to visit the famous espadrille and "Les Toiles du Soleil" fabric factories. The Fête de l'Ours, held every year in February, is also an event not to be missed. Le Boach is also just a stone's throw from the Falgos Golf course. In southern Catalonia, the Museums Dali in Figuères is also within easy reach, as are the Mediterranean beaches and the pretty coastal village of Cadaquès.

The Lo Boach estate boasts 36 hectares of woods and forests, as well as lush green meadows, ideal for Hiking and wildlife watching. The typical, traditional Catalan farmhouse dates back to 1729 and has been completely renovated, respecting its architecture and character.

The Holiday cottage is located in a separate part of this large farmhouse, and can be accessed via an outside staircase of around ten steps.

On the 1st floor: The dining room and living room with wood-burning stove open onto a small private terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is independent. An additional adjoining room is available for reading or playing board games. WC.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, shower room and toilet. A 3rd bedroom with 1 single bed is also available.

On the property: Private parking, washing machine in shared laundry room (free access). Barbecue and deckchairs.

The mas is accessible via a 4 km forest track. WI-FI internet access is available in the reception room. The Holiday cottage is located in a white zone, so mobile telephony is not available; however, a fixed-line telephone is available on site in case of need or emergency.
