You're staying in Montferrer, a village in the Haut Vallespir region appreciated for its open countryside and authentic atmosphere. From the Holiday cottage, you have easy access to the walk leading to the ruins of the feudal castle, an emblematic site offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley. Other trails leave from the village and take you to the Pic de la Souque or the belvedere, where the view stretches from the deep forests to the crests of the Canigó. You can also explore the old Saint-Ferréol path, a peaceful route popular with walkers. Less than an hour away, Céret invites you to stroll through its narrow streets and visit its modern art museum, while Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste reveals its fortifications and Catalan traditions. For a break by the Sea, Collioure or Argelès-sur-Mer are within easy reach. The single-storey Holiday cottage offers a simple, pleasant layout for up to seven people. The living room is the main relaxation area, with a lounge opening onto the outside, creating a natural continuity with the garden. The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, allowing you to cook in comfort.
