The Holiday cottage opens onto a wooded courtyard with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a few relax chairs and a barbecue. You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard (small Clio-type vehicle), or in the street (free parking). You're just a 20-minute walk from the City's Historical district, in a quiet street with little traffic. All shops and services are less than 200 m away. A bus stop a few steps away for urban services and a Bus station (€1 bus service to the whole department). Nearby, visit the Sant Vicens park and its ceramics workshop. The owners live upstairs, and provide their own washing machine.
