Entirely on one level, after 2 steps and adjoining another gîte, this rural cottage is ideal for 2 to 3 people and guarantees a peaceful stay in an environment close to nature, while remaining within easy reach of the beaches and the region's many tourist attractions.

The accommodation comprises a living room, an alcove with 2 beds 90x190 and a bedroom with a bed 140x190. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom and separate toilet complete the layout. The Holiday cottage is also equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and a washing machine, for optimum comfort in all seasons.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private, unenclosed terrace equipped with a plancha, and an enclosed, shared garden of 3,000 m², ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the shade. Parking is easy and secure thanks to the shared, private parking lot on the property. Access to the property is via unpaved paths. A dog is kept on the property. From the Holiday cottage, you can easily reach the Côte Vermeille's must-see sites:
- the coastal path between Argelès and Collioure, offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean,
- the beaches of Argelès, ideal for swimming, paddling, kayaking, jet skiing and diving,
