The location of this Holiday cottage is just exceptional, with its proximity to many famous sites such as the medieval city of Villefranche (UNESCO) or the CANALETTES caves and its many sporting and Hiking activities.
Divided over 3 levels, this Holiday cottage comprises ,
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1 with King size bed 180x200, 2 Twin beds 90x190, flat screen TV, shower room, WC and washing machine.
1st floor:
- a cathedral lounge with large screen TV
-a dining room seating 10
- fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster)
bedroom 2 with 180x200 king-size bed, flat-screen TV, bathroom and WC.
bedroom 3 with Queen-size bed 160x200, flat-screen TV.
-separate WC
2nd floor:
bedroom 4 with king-size bed 180x200, flat-screen TV, bathroom and toilet.
All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, you can relax around a magnificent 8x4m swimming pool (1.20 to 1.50m deep) and a superb 3x2m Spa overlooking the pool, which is just exceptional. The 2 pools are heated.
There are two shaded areas with furniture for meals in the garden and a plancha for convivial moments.
For your entertainment, there's a boulodrome and ping-pong table on the grounds.
A large sliding gate to the south of the villa leads to the travelers' parking lot.
The owners occupy an independent apartment on the north-facing ground floor of the Holiday cottage, with private parking.
