Higher up, Fort Saint-Elme dominates the bay, offering a remarkable panorama of the Côte Vermeille, Port-Vendres and as far as Banyuls-sur Sea.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining a second accommodation, is located on the second floor and comfortably sleeps up to four people. The air-conditioned living area includes a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with 4 gas burners, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker, to meet everyday needs. A shower room and separate toilet complete the communal areas. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned and each equipped with a 160x200 bed, designed to provide a relaxing stay.
Outside, the gated terrace is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and al fresco dining. A parking space is also available on the property, a great advantage in Collioure where parking can be limited. A laundry room with washing machine is shared with the other Holiday cottages. There are 4 other Holiday cottages on the property. The owners live on site. The main entrance is not enclosed. The Holiday cottage's location facilitates access to outdoor activities, such as the coastal path along the coves and vineyards, kayaking, paddle-boarding or exploring the coves of Anse de Paulilles.
