Ideally located in the village of Collioure, Les Lauriers Rose studio lets you discover one of the most emblematic sites on the Mediterranean. Walk to the Château Royal, the church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges and the narrow, colorful streets of Le Mouré. The coastal path, accessible from the village, offers remarkable panoramas between vineyards, creeks and the Sea, while the discovery of the Chemin du Fauvisme allows you to explore Collioure through the eyes of Matisse and Derain. Higher up in the Albères, the Tour Madeloc offers an impressive view of the Vermeille coast and as far as the Roussillon plains.

The self-contained studio apartment is located on the first floor. On one level, it comprises a living room with a dining area and an open-plan sleeping area with a 160x200 bed. The functional, holiday-friendly kitchen features 2 gas burners, a toaster, a kettle and two types of coffee maker - filter and Senseo - to suit all tastes. A separate bathroom and toilet complete the layout.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant, unenclosed terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or for a moment of relaxation at the end of the day after exploring the coast. A laundry room with washing machine is shared with the other Holiday cottages. A parking space inside the property makes it easy to arrive and get around, a great asset in Collioure. There are four other Holiday cottages on the property. The owners live on site. The main entrance is not enclosed.
This studio is a convenient address for discovering the Catalan coastline, enjoying the beaches, cultural visits or Hiking trails. Its location makes it easy to reach the main sites in the département, from Port-Vendres and Banyuls-sur Sea to the hilltop villages of the Albères.
