You'll be staying in Sainte Marie la Sea, a commune on the Catalan coast appreciated for its long sandy beaches and family atmosphere. The luminous Sea landscape alternates between dunes, coastal paths and protected natural areas such as Mas Larrieu, perfect for birdwatching and discovering the typical fauna of Mediterranean lagoons. Following the promenade, you can easily reach Canet en Roussillon or Argelès sur Sea, while a little further on, Collioure captivates with its unique heritage and colorful alleyways. Perpignan, just 30 minutes away, is the perfect place to explore the Palace of the Kings of Majorca or the traditional markets. All around, small harbors, beachside restaurants and cycling paths create a pleasant setting for exploring the region.

The Holiday cottages are located in a large 2500 m² park, a paradise for Kids and tranquility for parents, as the park is surrounded by a large surrounding wall.

The Holiday cottage, entirely on one level, is designed to accommodate up to four people in a simple, functional environment. The living room opens onto a convivial dining room and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The shower room with toilet is also on this level. The two bedrooms complete the night space:

Outside, you'll enjoy a shared, fully enclosed garden, complete with barbecue and swing, perfect for reading in the shade or letting the Kids play in complete safety. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet meal after a day on the water. The Holiday cottage also has private parking on the property.
