Nestled in an authentic setting between the Sea and the Mountain, this one-storey holiday cottage, just 2 steps up and adjoining another cottage, is ideal for couples looking for relaxation, nature and simplicity.

Just a few kilometers from Argelès Beach, Elne, Latour-Bas-Elne, Saint-Cyprien village and Saint-Cyprien plage, and surrounded by fields, close to the owners' farm (market gardening, arboriculture and cereals), 3 Holiday cottages are ideally located. The 3 Holiday cottages are in an old building. The other two Holiday cottages are 66G100881 and 66G100883.
As soon as you arrive, you'll discover a bright, functional living room opening onto a private, unenclosed terrace, equipped with a 140x190 bed. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 gas burners, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, making gourmet meals a breeze. The bathroom and WC complete this space. Air-conditioned and equipped with a washing machine, the Holiday cottage guarantees a pleasant stay whatever the season.

Outside, you'll enjoy a shared 3000 m² enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the shade. A plancha, shared with a second Holiday cottage, is available for summer evenings. Parking is easy and secure, thanks to the shared private parking lot on the property. Access to the property is via unpaved paths. A dog is present on the farm.
