As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the modern kitchen opening onto a 160 m² enclosed courtyard. This is fully equipped with garden furniture, a brazier (low barbecue) and parking for a car. The warm and friendly living room features a wood-burning stove and a bright Gllum is cool dining room, both opening onto a second 120 m² fenced-in courtyard to the rear, complete with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing.
