A restored 120 m² former mill, the holiday cottage opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture, an outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The spacious, unfenced grounds invite you to relax, while the beautiful shared Piscine offers a welcome refreshment on sunny days. A pétanque court is also available for social gatherings, and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the hiking trails and mountain bike routes that start right from the property. The river running along the edge of the property—which sometimes dries up in the summer—adds to the bucolic charm of the setting.
There’s plenty to discover in the surrounding area: stroll through the medieval streets of Castelnou, explore the renowned Vineyards of Roussillon, or visit nearby villages rich in heritage, such as Thuir and its Caves Byrrh wine cellar.
