This completely independent and private Holiday cottage, cosily furnished in the tower of an authentic 19th-century Catalan farmhouse, offers the charm of old stones, nestled in a green setting amid orchards.

Ideally located between the Sea and the Mountain, the pigeonnier is a haven of peace for young and old alike, with its private swimming pool and its integrated modular shelter available from May to October, and its proximity to numerous excursions and outdoor activities.
The owners will be delighted to share the fruits and vegetables from their garden with you throughout the season.

Access via the loggia to a large bedroom comprising 2 interconnecting sleeping areas separated by a curtain:
2 beds 90 x 190 that can be twinned into 1 bed 180 x 190
2 beds 80 x 190 that can be twinned into 1 bed 160 x 190, with en-suite bathroom and wc. From this sleeping area, you'll appreciate the view over the surrounding orchards. A small tarmac road runs alongside this sleeping area.
This large room is adjoining the discreet owners' residence.
One bedroom: 2 beds 90 x 190 with en-suite bathroom (high-side bath and private wc).

2nd level :
One bedroom: 1 bed 160x200 with bathroom (hydromassage shower and private wc)

Baby Equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, safety gate, changing mat). Fans available in bedrooms.
Piscine (8 x 4 x 1.10 to 1.80 m) secured by a modular electric enclosure and removable safety net limiting access to the pool for young Kids.
If you wish, you can order and pay for your first groceries online at the Millas Intermarché drive.
We'll be happy to pick them up for you, so you'll have them ready when you arrive.
