Le gîte des Origans

Come and relax at the Gîte des Origans ... A peaceful gîte on the edge of a forest on the heights of the Albères, with panoramic views over the Roussillon plain, the Corbières and the Mediterranean Sea.

The Holiday cottage is located in Les Mas Catalans, 4 km from the village center of Laroque des Albères, and is the starting point for a number of superb Hiking trails. Just 1.3 km from the gîte, you'll have free access to the communal swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15) and the tennis court of the "Domaine des Albères" housing estate, just 25 minutes from the legendary beach at Le Racou, and 30 minutes from Collioure or Le Perthus, the gateway to Spain. With independent access via a staircase of around 40 steps, the gîte is a self-contained apartment on the garden level of the owner's house. It is comfortable and well-equipped, with a bedroom with a Bed 140 x 190, an independent kitchen equipped with 4 vitroceramic hobs, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, a living room with TV (Netflix and Prime Video subscription), a fan, and its dining area overlooking a balcony, as well as a relaxation room or study, a shower room with toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace and an unfenced garden of 680 m², part of which is located in the Forest, with furniture and deckchairs from which you can admire the view. A closed room is also available for storing your bicycles, as is a private, unfenced parking area a few meters away.
