Come and discover this gite, located in the heart of the wine village of Passa, fitted out on the ground floor (direct access or otherwise by about ten steps) of a master house entirely renovated with a view on the vineyards and the Albères. Kitchen with dining area, living room giving onto a private terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom (wc). 3 fans and mobile air conditioners at disposal. Access by stairs of about ten steps to the large enclosed garden with trees (shared swimming pool and summer kitchen) with a second gite on the first floor.
