In the residence, free access to the aquatic area, 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated (open from 15 May to 15 September), 1 paddling pool with its slide, 2 large slides, sports room (all these facilities are open from 15 May to 15 September), petanque court, table tennis. In the residence restaurant, grocery shop, snack bar, laundry.
Numerous activities nearby: water park, cinema, casino, accrobranche, tennis, mini-golf, etc.... On the pond at 100 m spot of kite surf, windsurf and paddle. Close to Perpignan and Spain, the castles of the Cathar country in the Aude and the Cité de Carcassonne.

Independent WC. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140/190) with private shower room and WC. A second independent shower room. On the first floor: an air-conditioned bedroom under the roof with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twin beds). Living room opening onto the terrace and the garden with garden furniture, sunbeds and gas hob.
