You will stay in Passa, this pleasant and peaceful wine-producing village, is the ideal starting point to cross the Pyrenees-Orientales between the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou massif. You will be at only 29 km from Saint Cyprien, famous seaside resort of our department, 10 km from Thuir where the Byrrh cellars are located, the largest oak cellars in the world or 30 km from the Spanish border.
Come and discover this gîte, located in the heart of the village of Passa, on the first floor of a completely renovated mansion with a view of the vineyards and the Albères. Access by an outside staircase of 35 steps from the private garden on the 1st floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. Private enclosed garden. Large enclosed common garden with trees (common swimming pool and summer kitchen) with a second gîte on the ground floor.

3/5Gîte au niveau rapport qualité prix bien. Le gros inconvénient c'est les 35 marches , que je ne recommande pas à des personnes âgés. La literie très médiocre et gîte assez bruillant car les chambres donnent sur la rue étroite avec du passage tôt le matin (6h30-7h) des camions ,voitures qui klaxonnent.

Bonjour,
vous avez globalement apprécié notre gîte et notre accueil, et nous avait fait aucunes remarques négatives lors de votre séjour, bien au contraire.
. Le gîte est situé au coeur d'un petit village et la rue peut à certaines heures générer du passage, mais nous sommes un petit village. C'est pourquoi, nous l'avons équipé de double vitrage et d'une climatisation fixe réversible afin de pouvoir maintenir fermées les fenêtres du gîte. La literie est neuve (elle date de l'ouverture du gîte juin 2017). Enfin, concernant les marches : Le gîte est bien situé à l'étage, effectivement il y a 35 marches pour accéder au jardin.
