appartement avec certaines pièces beaucoup trop étroite tel la salle de bain avec une douche ou l'on se cogne aux parois ,des wc que l'on ne peu fermé la porte et une cuisine avec des plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffe pas très bien et une literie qui n'en a que le nom .

Monsieur, nous apportons tout nos soins afin d'assurer le meilleur séjour aux personnes que nous recevons. Nous restons à leur écoute et joignables par téléphone.
Je suis désolée que vous ne nous ayez pas contactés afin de nous préciser durant votre séjour que certains éléments comme la literie ou la plaque de cuisson ne correspondaient pas à vos attentes nous aurions pu faire le nécessaire pour palier cette situation.
je prends note de vos remarques afin de rectifier les installations pour les prochains arrivants. -

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée avec une haie de laurière qui nous mis à l'ombre avec la forte chaleur pendant cette semaine là.
