The property is set in a 4-hectare Forest and offers 3 self-contained holiday homes: the Cortal de la Caranca, the Petit Cortal and the Chalet du Cortal.
This unoverlooked 19th-century Cortal has been completely renovated by the owners. Its warm, comfortable and well-equipped interior will provide you with a peaceful stay.
A stone staircase with a few steps leads to the entrance of the Holiday cottage, which is laid out on two levels.
The open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room (pellet stove) open onto a private 30 m² terrace (garden furniture) with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
On this level, a master bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room with wc.
Upstairs: relaxation and reading area, with desk, bedroom: 1 bed 160 with Mountain view, large shower room with double basin, separate wc.
On the landing: laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, wc).
On the ground floor of the Cortal is the completely independent Petit Cortal, not a Gîtes de France® Holiday cottage.
For parking, several spaces are available on the property, some closed by a large gate.
