A former stable converted into a vacation home, Le Cortal welcomes you to Prades, between nature, heritage and Catalan authenticity.

Located in the heart of the Conflent region, in the charming City of Prades, this detached house immerses you in the typical atmosphere of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Close to Villefranche-de-Conflent, famous for its Vauban citadel classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Perpignan, you're ideally placed to discover the treasures of the region. The Palace of the Kings of Majorca, medieval streets, colorful markets and the Hiking trails of the Canigó massif await you. In just two hours, you can even reach Andorra for a mountain getaway.
Le Cortal, a restored former stable, preserves the traces of its past in an area once reserved for sheepfolds, now completely renovated. The two-storey house offers a warm, rustic setting for rest and family get-togethers.
On the second floor, you'll find a convivial living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and toilet.
On the upper floor, two welcoming bedrooms await you:

Bedroom 2: 1 standard double bed (140x190), located on the 2nd floor.
This level also includes a shower room, separate toilet and, from the bedrooms, a small terrace with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or summer evenings.
