Located in the town of Latour-Bas-Elne, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, the Parc de la Dame holiday cottages welcome you to a peaceful countryside setting, just a short distance from Mediterranean beaches such as Saint-Cyprien Beach and Argelès-sur-Mer. Far from the summer hustle and bustle, you’ll enjoy the cool shade of a vast park filled with majestic trees—the perfect place to recharge under the Roussillon sun.
The holiday cottages’ ideal location allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean beaches and water sports, as well as hiking and walks between the sea, vineyards, and the Albères Mountains, along with the cultural treasures of Perpignan, Collioure, and Elne.
Catalan villages, local markets, wineries, and spa resorts round out your exploration of Roussillon.
This large villa, situated on the outskirts of the village, houses two independent, adjoining ground-floor holiday cottages—accessible via two steps—each comfortably accommodating four people, while the owners reside upstairs.
Warm, colorful, and personalized, the two holiday cottages offer comfort and privacy. As adjoining units, their layout is ideal for vacations as a couple, with family, or with friends, allowing you to share enjoyable moments together while maintaining complete independence.
The large shared garden, spanning over 3,000 m², is fully fenced and landscaped with trees, featuring a beautiful lawn with lounge chairs, a table tennis table, and a pétanque court—perfect for relaxing.
Shared parking is available on the property.

Mathieu W Prima gîte vlakbij de zee.
Prima gîte met eigen tuingedeelte, maar ook kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van de geweldig grote tuin met grote, oude bomen en zacht grasveld waar ligstoelen staan.
De uitrusting van de gîte is compleet en toereikend. Beetje donker in de woonkamer/keuken.
Prima bedden en een grote ventilator aan het plafond die op warme/hete dagen zeer aangenaam is (vaak beter dan airco).
De gastvrouw, Nicole en haar dochter Louise, zijn heel aardig. Ook de hond “Perle” is een schatje.
Op het strand ben je binnen 10 minuten (met de auto). Geef in Quai Jules Verne in Saint-Cyprien en je hebt een prachtig stuk strand met een goede eettent (Al Trayou Beach).- Cleanliness

Marc B February Stay in Latour bas Elne
This is a lovely cosy gite in lovely surroundings, with private parking. Although it is on the edge of a busy village, it was very quiet. It provided a good base for exploring both the Cote Vermeille and beyond into Roussillon and Conflent. Nicole was a charming host. Although the gite is on the owners property, we felt comfortable and were left to get on with things by ourselves, with the advantage that Nicole was there to deal with a few minor needs promptly.

Pathy Bon séjour.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le gite était trs propre. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces ainsi que les plages de St Cyprien qui sont à 15 mn en voiture. A noter aussi le parc qui est très agréable.

Nanette Les arbres
Nous avons été bien accueillis par notre hôte, disponible et à l'écoute. Le gîte était en accord avec l'annonce et les photos. La literie est confortable. Malgré la chaleur l'ombre des magnifiques arbres du joli parc nous a garanti un peu de fraîcheur. La mer et la plage ne sont vraiment pas loin, avec quelques aménagements de la commune il serait possible de s'y rendre à pied ou en vélo en toute sécurité.
