A long time ago, in this little hamlet, as elsewhere in the Pyrénées-Orientales, the month of September saw a flood of grape-pickers from Spain. It was customary for winegrowers to accommodate the grape-pickers. Fernand Cadène did the same in this building, which many years later became a Holiday cottage.

    gîte idéalement situé

    Le Casot est idéalement situé entre mer et montagne, tout prêt de Perpignan et de l'Espagne, dans un quartier tranquille. Le propriétaire est adorable !
    Les + : un parking/jardin fermé, des jeux de sociétés à disposition,de l'électroménager fonctionnel, un dressing dans la grande chambre.
    Les - : jardin et terrasse non entretenus, mobilier de jardin usagé, la 4G passe très mal (le Wifi serait nécessaire pour compenser).
    C'est un très bon choix pour qui veut bénéficier d'un emplacement central dans la région.

    Nature et calme

    Séjour agréable dans ce gite avec tout le confort nécessaire et même un jardin avec un portique si vous avec de jeunes enfants.
    Ce gite indépendant préservera un séjour en toute intimité.
    Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

    Un séjour parfait à Perpignan

    J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Perpignan dans cet hébergement. Le logement était très bon, propre, confortable et contenait tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour me sentir comme chez moi. Rien ne manquait, tout était bien pensé et fonctionnel.

    Le jardin autour de la maison était magnifique : très vert, bien entretenu, parfait pour se détendre ou prendre un café le matin. Un vrai coin de paradis !

    J’ai vraiment apprécié l’atmosphère de la région.
