Here in Fuilla, a small Catalan village ideal for exploring the riches of the region. Take a stroll along the river, follow the marked hiking trails accessible to Kids, or visit must-see sites such as Villefranche-de-Conflent, the Grandes Canalettes caves, or the Saint-Thomas hot springs. On Saturday mornings, sample local produce at the Prades Farmers' Market. Not to be missed: a ride on the little yellow train to explore the region with its breathtaking panoramas. This detached house offers a traditional atmosphere and a setting conducive to nature holidays. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The owners live close to the gîte, and the house is located near a little-used road, on the first floor, and comprises a living room with lounge and dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner hob, kettle, toaster and pod coffee maker. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x190 cm), while bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x190 cm). Outside, you'll enjoy a covered terrace, ideal for meals, with a remarkable view of the Canigou mountain. Parking is available on the property, and the grounds are enclosed.
