Nestled in Sainte-Marie-la Sea, this large Mediterranean villa is home to six Holiday cottages set in a vast, fully enclosed wooded park. Ideally located on the outskirts of the village, it offers quick access to the beaches, coastal entertainment and emblematic sites of the Pyrénées-Orientales. A peaceful setting, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the charms of the Catalan coast.
Lovers of outdoor activities will appreciate the footpaths between the Sea and ponds, cycling outings, water sports, or the colorful markets in the neighboring villages. Culture buffs can discover the region's must-see sites: Perpignan and its historic streets, fortified towns, Roussillon wine estates and natural wildlife sites.

bombe la plénitude
Un lieu que l’on garde précieusement dans le cœur, où l’on revient toujours avec bonheur pour partager de beaux moments. Les hôtes sont formidables, attentifs, et chaque séjour est un vrai plaisir renouvelé.

Najet Sérénité à Sainte Marie la mer
Nous venons à Sainte Marie depuis 2009 et nous sommes toujours ravis de passer 15 jours là bas entourées des propriétaires qui sont devenus des amis dans cet havre de paix. Il y a un confort, un calme et beaucoup de chaleur. A l’été prochain Jojo et Jean Luc

Nous venons de passer une semaine à Sainte Marie la Mer, c’était top, que d’éloges à faire, un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu avec des coins ombres pour les enfants et de quoi jouer, un gîte propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Des propriétaires qui savent recevoir, accueillants, souriants et discrets. Le plus du gîte : lors des fortes chaleurs, il reste bien au frais (bonne isolation) et le fait qu’il y est 6 gites au même endroit et donc d’autres enfants présents ont permis à nos enfants de bien s’amuser davantage et de se liés d’amitié. Ils ont d’ailleurs adorés le gîte et ne se sont pas ennuyés. Le prix défie également toute concurrence vu la proximité des grandes villes autour (Perpignan, Canet en Roussillon, Argeles sur Mer, Collioure sans oublié l’Espagne). Pour tout ça, Je recommande donc les yeux fermés.
