The studio comprises:
A living room with kitchen and a Bed 140 x 190
A functional shower room
A small laundry room.
Air conditioning and Geothermal heating ensure comfort.

Outside, the studio has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking a garden shaded by plane trees, with a natural spring and shaded parking. A bicycle storage room is available, and a jogging trail surrounds the farm. You can also take advantage of direct sales of organic produce. The Holiday cottage has Tourism and Handicap (motor and mental) and Welcome to the Farm labels, so you can discover and buy the farm's products.
