Take advantage of this gite with its exceptional location, you will be only 20km from the beaches of Argeles sur Mer and 50km from Villefranche de Conflent and its Vauban citadel, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spain is only 25km away, the opportunity for you to enjoy a getaway from the other side of the border.
Completely renovated apartment with independent entrance located on the 1st floor of the store of a large wine estate. Kitchen open on the living room, independent WC, shower room (Italian shower), 2 bedrooms : (1 bed 160) and (2 twin beds 90). Private terrace adjoining the gîte.
A drought decree impacts the use of water in the Department Pyrénées Orientales. The equipment attached to the accommodation, such as swimming pool or spa for example, may be impacted.

4.5/5A very pleasant stay in a beautify apartment, which is nicely situated between the coast and the mountains, with exceptionally stunning views of Canigou (especially during sunset).
The kitchen well equipped with good supermarkets, and other amenities, reasonable close. The bedrooms were a very good size with plenty of draws and hanging space.
Being above the Cave, it gave the opportunity for wine tasting without having to be concerned about driving afterwards. Other attractions were also within easy reach, for example, ~20 minutes from the beach and ~50 minutes to Villefranche for access into the mountains.
