Located in the village of Sorède, at the foot of the Albères mountain range, this Holiday cottage invites you to discover a rich territory where Catalan traditions blend with unspoilt landscapes. From the village, you have easy access to the path leading up to Notre-Dame d'Ultrera, an ancient medieval chapel offering one of the region's most emblematic panoramas. The Lavail gorges, the small waterfalls of La Vall and the Tassio valley offer a host of walks in the shade of the Forest. You'll also enjoy the proximity of Collioure, a veritable Mediterranean gem, with its colorful charm and artistic ambience. The Museums of Céret and the Maison de l'Eau et de la Méditerranée (Water and Mediterranean House) round off the varied discoveries between culture and nature.

This 2-storey accommodation comprises:
On the first floor, you'll find a summer kitchen, separate toilet, washing machine and TV for added comfort.
The second floor features a warm and inviting living room with an open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with a gas hob, kettle, toaster and Senseo coffee maker. The living room, also on this level, is the perfect place to relax after a day out. Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with WC and a comfortable bedroom:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190.
- Sleeping area with 2 beds: 90x190

Opposite the house, you'll find a fenced-in courtyard with barbecue, ideal for relaxing. A private garage with electric lock is also available. Pets allowed, provided they are not left alone in the house.
This quiet Holiday cottage, set in traditional surroundings, is an ideal base for exploring on foot, discovering Catalan markets or reaching the beaches of the Côte Vermeille in just a few minutes.

    Bonjour. Merci pour votre avis et les très bonnes notes attribuées à la propreté, au confort et à la situation de notre maison. Nous sommes ravis qu'elle vous ait plu. Concernant la consommation électrique : nous faisons le choix de proposer un tarif de location plus bas et de demander une participation adaptée à la consommation au réel (et non d'appliquer un tarif de location plus élevé car incluant toutes les charges). Concernant la connexion internet : l'annonce précise bien l'absence de cet élément. Cependant, les chaines classiques sont accessibles. A bientôt !

    Excellent accueil par Anne Marie la propriétaire qui est de bon conseils et d'une très grande gentillesse
    Excellentes litteries.Charmant gite ou rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances avec son jardinet et sa cuisine d'été.
    Excellent emplacement du gîte dans un petit village de caractère non loin de tout pour se promener à pieds en vélo ou voiture.
