La Maison des Vendangeurs

Traditional Catalan stone house built in the heart of the village of Banyuls dels Aspres, set on a hill surrounded by vineyards. The village is 15 km south of Perpignan, 7 km north of Le Boulou and Les Thermes.

This fully-renovated gîte is housed in a former winegrowing building (in operation until 1999), hence its name: La Maison des Vendangeurs.
 It nestles at the foot of a water tower. Ground floor: 1 living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 WC. Angled staircase to 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) opening onto a terrace and 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Air-conditioning in each bedroom. Private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, in the courtyard giving access to the gîte and the owners' house. Enclosed private parking. Heating and electricity included. Fixed price of 2KWh per person per day.
