Accessible by a few steps, the house opens onto a large enclosed courtyard perfect for parking your bikes or dropping off your Beach gear.

Caouec Très beau gîte au calme
Superbe gîte, au calme, avec jardin très agréable. Bien équipé. A proximité immédiate de la mer.
Literie très dure, mais néanmoins de qualité.
Le propriétaire n'est pas là pour l'accueil et il n'y a pas d'état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie, étrange. Il n'y avait pas non plus de guide d'accueil, d'instructions pour le fonctionnement des appareils (TV, climatisation qui n'est pas si évidente que ça...). Dommage car il serait simple de laisser un petit papier pour ça.
IL a fallu relaver tous les couverts dans la cuisine, et pourtant le forfait ménage coûte 100 euros.
Il fallait aussi demander à avoir aussi quelques petites serviettes de toilettes en plus des grandes, alors que le linge est inclus dans le prix.
Tout ça est vraiment dommage car ce sont de petits détails qui gâchent un peu l'impression à l'arrivée alors que ce gîte est vraiment très bien.- Cleanliness

Corinne Gîte très agréable
Ce gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel, La terrasse offre un plus au logement et permet de profiter de déjeuner dehors.
Nous recommandons ce gîte qui est très bien situé et au calme.
Cependant, quelques améliorations pourraient être faites avec une pose de voilages dans la pièce principale pour se protéger du vis à vis. Dans les salles de bains, un support pour le papier toilette ainsi que dans la douche seraient utiles. Des portes serviettes dans les salles de bain seraient aussi nécessaires.- Cleanliness
