Welcome to this Holiday cottage in Prats de Mollo La Preste, one of France's most beautiful villages on the Spanish border. Wander through the narrow streets of this fortified town with its historic monuments and visit Fort Lagarde via its underground tunnel. Discover unspoilt nature on the many hiking trails in the nature reserve. Climb the Pic du Costabonne or contemplate the panoramic views from the Tour de Mir. The river Le Tech, which flows below the Holiday cottage, is also a great place to relax in the heart of nature.
Every February, experience the famous Fête de l'Ours (Bear Festival), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a unique celebration marking the arrival of spring and offering an authentic immersion in Catalan traditions. Throughout the year, Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste comes alive with festivities and events, promoting encounters between visitors and locals alike.
On the outskirts of the village, the Holiday cottage is located on the La Preste road leading to the Thermal baths.
It comprises the owners' discreet residence and a single-storey, air-conditioned Holiday cottage with its own entrance.
Exterior access to the 15 m² enclosed private garden.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available at an additional cost, to be arranged directly with the owners.
If you wish, the owners will take care of your laundry for a fee, to be arranged directly on site.
