In summer, you can also enjoy the pleasant coolness of the swimming pool (9 m x 4 m). La Caseta is within easy walking distance of the center of Laroque-des-Albères, a lively, bustling village. You'll find all the amenities you could wish for: local shops (groceries, newspapers, post office, pharmacy, jewelry store, etc.), numerous quality restaurants, tourist office... A beautiful, new, contemporary, air-conditioned single-storey villa, completely independent with private access and parking. The decoration is sober and meticulous, with top-of-the-range features. The bright, spacious living room and fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker with paper pods) open onto a private 11 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, as well as the Piscine. The master suite (bed 160 x 200) opens onto the garden, with en-suite shower room (Italian shower) and dressing room. Utility room. From the Piscine (9 x 4 m), to be shared, you can admire the magnificent view of the Albères massif. The owners are discreet but attentive, and will be delighted to advise you on how to make your stay as personalized as possible. For your greater comfort, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, and the bed will be made on arrival.
